iHospitality Professional Training School is a subsidiary of iHospitality Business Consult, a Hospitality service solutions company headquartered in Takoradi, Ghana which seeks to solve hospitality service problems through its professional hospitality service skill trainings.
Established in February, 2023 by a passionate and experienced hospitality leader, the business seeks to correct errors in hospitality service delivery especially in Africa, provide career training, guidance and mentorship programs to hospitality professionals, build a team of qualified hospitality professionals ready to reshape the hospitality industry in Africa, provide hospitality business consultation services related to Marketing, Facility re-branding, Customer Relationship Management, Revenue Management and Customer Experience Management to hotels and restaurants.
